Full Biography
Bina Uberoi is a distinguished academician, author, and educator whose professional journey spans over 35 years of excellence in teaching, training, and leadership. A postgraduate in English Literature with an M.Phil. in English, she has contributed extensively to academia, communication, and personality development — nurturing generations of students across some of India’s most reputed institutions.
Her illustrious career includes positions at Khalsa College (Chandigarh), The Sagar School (Rajasthan), and the Canadian Institute of Vocational Training (Punjab), where she also served as Dean. She later led the Department of Applied Sciences and taught Communication Skills & Personality Development at GGS College of Modern Technology, Punjab. Currently, she continues her passion for education and empowerment at the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, where she has been shaping professional careers for over eight years.
During her tenure at The Roots School, Hyderabad, she had the honour of presenting a Manual of Living Values to the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, under the guidance of Sister Shivani (Brahma Kumaris) — a moment that reflected her deep commitment to value-based education and holistic learning.
